Due to a growing demand for 5-axis mill/turned components, we have recently installed a Mazak Integrex 200-III ST to complement our existing in-house 5-axis machining capabilities.
Utilising the machine’s sub spindle and probing technologies, complex machined components can be measured in cycle to fully encapsulate the ‘done in one’ mantra whilst maintaining the product quality.
Stuart Povey, who oversaw the installation, said “The new machine will improve both our capacity and efficiency, enabling us to enhance our service to current and new customers”.
