CNC Turning

Our CNC turning capacity covers small diameter parts manufactured from bar-stock to much larger components. We have 6 lathes and have a 5-axis mill-turn capability for more complex components which require multiple operations.

We are able to produce turned components, in a variety of materials, from small components up to 500mm in diameter and 1500mm in length.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling capacity comprises 17 machines (3, 4 and 5 axis) up to a size envelope of 3000mm x 1500mm x 500mm.

We offer a full range of capabilities with horizontal twin pallet, and vertical configuration machining centres, along with large capacity bridge type and precision horizontal boring machines.

All processes are supported by highly trained operatives and the very latest in offline programming software, which provides the capability to optimise the cut and cycle times for each operation.

Thanks to the latest tooling technology, we can machine intricate components competitively and to a high quality standard for sectors where safety is critical.
