Quality management and inspection procedures
We have a full range of quality management and inspection procedures, as well as equipment, for carrying out inspections.
This process is a key stage in the project timeline that allows us to compile reports on not only our own manufacturing, but components from our customers too.
We offer First Article Inspection Reports to AS 9102 (Aerospace Standard) using Visual FAIR software, which ensures that products are made to the correct specifications.
Our weld inspection is available up to PCN Level 2.
Final inspection of our product takes place in a temperature-controlled environment, using the latest CMM machine and 3D arm based technology, all backed by a comprehensive suite of modelling software. Inspection reporting for first article and ongoing production follows a range of procedures based around the specific requirement of customers and our formal audited approvals.
